Reasons and solutions for small bubbles in spray gun spraying.

In many cases, the spraying will not be perfect, so when we have problems, we need to quickly understand the reasons for them, whether it is manual spraying or spraying, as long as we can find the reasons for the problems that will or have occurred. Good solution to it, today we will take a look at a small problem in spraying.

Generally, in the process of spraying with a spray gun, some small bubbles will occasionally appear on the paint surface, which will not only affect the appearance, but also affect the quality of spraying. What should we do at this time? The first thing we need to do is to find out the cause, and then prescribe the right medicine. When we use a spray gun to paint railings on stairs at home, it feels tingly and uncomfortable every time we hold on to the railings. Why are there small bubbles and bulges? Here are a few reasons and solutions for you.

1. There are too many pigments mixed in the paint coating, and the pigments are not stirred evenly, and no auxiliary materials such as softeners are added, resulting in too large particles of the paint. There will be bumps after spraying out. The solution is: when buying paint, try to choose a better quality paint, and pass a fine sieve before using it, and dilute it evenly until there are no air bubbles.

2. The paint itself contains impurities, so it can be used directly without fine sieve treatment. The solution is to sieve the paint you bought back and make sure it's clean when you mix it.

3. When the paint is prepared, the ambient temperature is too low, so that the bubbles in the paint are not dispersed and ruptured, so there will be bubbles when sprayed out. The solution is to find a place where the temperature is suitable to mix the paint, and also ensure that the mixing environment is a place free of impurities and dust.

4. There are impurities or dust on the surface of the object to be sprayed. When spraying, it is sprayed directly without paying attention, and then there will be bumps. The solution is to clean the surface of the object being sprayed, make it flat and smooth, and keep it dry so that the paint does not adhere well to it.
