The customer said that when all conditions are met, the spray gun only emits oil, but there is no gas, so there is no atomization, and the sprayed paint is in a straight state. First of all, I analyze that the paint can come out to prove that the spray gun is running normally, whether the atomization control valve is closed, and the customer confirms that the atomization control valve is also adjusted to the maximum position, so I will continue to find the reason.

However, everything that should be checked has been checked, and it has been proved that there is no problem with the spray gun. What's the reason for that? Because the spray gun is installed on the automatic coating line, there may be a problem with the pipeline, and there is a control problem with the atomizing air. In this case, the customer needs to unload the spray gun from the automatic coating line and adjust it separately. In the adjustment, the spray gun sprays normally, and the atomization effect is very good, which once again proves that there is no problem with the spray gun. So it must be a pipeline problem. When we tested the pipeline, the atomization air pressure was very small, which naturally could not drive the spray gun to atomize. It may be that the power of the pump is not enough to carry the spray gun, so the paint cannot be sprayed under the condition of negative pressure, and it is very likely that there is no atomization.

From here we conclude:

The first point: to analyze the problem is to go little by little until the source is dug up, and it cannot be jumped. After checking one point, check the others.

The second point: the problem cannot be focused on only one thing, everything is connected, not to mention the automatic painting line that needs to cooperate with each other.

In the past few years, many customers said that there was a problem with the spray gun, but later found that it was a problem with other tools. People need to cooperate with each other to do things well, and the same is true between tools.

The maintenance of the spray gun is nothing more than a few points:

1. If it is blocked, we will clean it.

2. No atomization, clean and check whether the air pressure is enough

3. Intermittent, the paint may not be clean, there are air bubbles, and the paint needs to be filtered again.

4. As long as you don't break the spray gun yourself, you can solve the small problems of the spray gun yourself without changing the accessories.
