What should be paid attention to when using the sandblasting gun

Problem 1: little or no sand production
In case of such a problem, first consider whether the abrasive in the sand storage tank has been used up. For safe operation, first turn off the manual sandblasting machine, and then add the abrasive into the sand bucket. If the problem has not been solved, the cause of the problem needs to be found again
Problem 2: Compressed air produces moisture
The air compressor is a necessary equipment for matching with the sandblasting gun. When the air compressor compresses the air, it will produce moisture to make the abrasive wet and condensed, and then adhere to the sandblasting pipe wall, causing no sand production and other phenomena. A dryer should be equipped to help the normal operation of the manual sandblasting machine. The wet abrasive is poured out and dried in the sun. It can be used after being filtered and screened with a sieve
Problem 3: The sand regulating valve is blocked
Uneven size of unfiltered abrasive will cause sand valve blockage. Turn off the power supply of the manual sand blasting machine, open the sand regulating valve, open the sand blasting gun after the pressure tank is flushed, and use high-pressure air to forcibly discharge the blockage. If the problem still exists, it is necessary to disassemble the valve.

Due to its special structure, the sandblasting pipe is particularly easy to be blocked by foreign matters. When this problem occurs, first turn off the manual sandblasting machine to stop working, then take down the sandblasting gun, and then turn on the manual sandblasting machine to start working, and use the high-pressure gas generated by the air compressor to discharge the foreign matter. If it cannot be solved, it is necessary to reconsider whether the sandblasting pipe is blocked or replace the sandblasting pipe
Problem 5: The sandblasting gun is blocked
In addition to the sandblasting tube being easily blocked by abrasive, the sandblasting gun is also easy to be blocked. We first turn off the power supply of the sandblasting gun, remove the nozzle, observe whether there is foreign matter blocking the muzzle, clean it up and then use it again. Abrasives need to be kept dry, too wet abrasive will also cause blockage of all parts, so compressed air must maintain a certain degree of dry explosion
