How to use the airbrush.?

1.Overview:

a. Before pulling the gun, the gun should be in motion;

b. Keep the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece constant, not far or near;

c. The spray gun should move evenly during spraying;

d. In the same spraying work, the starting point of the first spraying stroke should be the same;

e. The surface of the workpiece shall be covered with wet paint;

f. The adjacent spraying stroke is consistent with the overlap amount;?

g. For the same work, the number of spraying strokes should be consistent;?

2. Spray gun distance:?

a. Spray gun and workpiece distance is about: ordinary air atomization, 15 ~ 20 cm; Airless spray atomization, 30 ~ 38 cm.?

b. To obtain wet, dark, thick coating, spray gun can be closer;?

c. To obtain a dry, light, thin coating, the spray gun can be farther away;?

3. Spraying stroke:?

a. The moving track of the spray gun shall be parallel to the workpiece surface;?

b. The body of the spray gun and the surface of the workpiece should be perpendicular, otherwise it will cause a waste of paint;?

c. Do not allow the spray gun to move in an arc. For moving the operator's forearm and shoulder, do not only use the wrist to move;?

d. The adjacent spraying lines shall have a lap amount; For ordinary airless spraying, the lap capacity is 50%; For airless spraying, the lap capacity is 25%;?

e. When the uniformity of the coating thickness is high, the cross-spraying method should be used, and the spraying in the vertical direction should be done first.?

f. When spraying outside the air, attention should be paid to the wind direction. The unsprayed surface should be below the wind so that the flying paint and rebound can be brought to the unsprayed surface.
