Fault maintenance of spray gun:?

1. Too thick central spray width

   a. reduce the viscosity of paint

   b. Increase the spraying pressure

   c.nozzle replacement set

2. Left or right

   a. Clean the atomizing cap.

   b. Replace the atomizing cap.

3. Upper or lower spray amplitude

   a. Clean nozzle set

   b. Replace nozzle set

4. ?Spray amplitude split

   a. Increase the spray viscosity

   b. Lower the spray pressure

   c. Replace the nozzle set

   d. Add enough spray

   e. Clean the air passage of the spray gun

5. Jump gun

   a. Tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle kit

   b. Tighten the thimble sealing kit

   c. Tighten the link nut

   d. Add paint

   e. Replace the nozzle kit

6. Paint leak on the thimble seal

   a. Replace the thimble seal ring

   b. Install the thimble seal ring gasket

   c. Replace or install the thimble seal ring spring

   d. Tighten the thimble seal nut

   e. Replace the nozzle set

   f. Replace the nozzle set that matches the spray gun

7. The spray amplitude cannot be adjusted

   a. Clean the air cap

   b. Replace the spray amplitude regulator or install it correctly

   c. Clean the air passage

8. Paint leakage at the nozzle

   a. Loosen the thimble seal nut

   b. Clean the nozzle

   c. Replace the nozzle set

   d. Replace the thimble return spring or install the thimble return spring

9. Failure to adjust the air pressure

   a. Replace the air regulator or the air valve

   b. Replace the air valve return spring or install the air valve return spring.
