What are the structural characteristics of HVLP air spray gun?

HVLP(HighVolumeLowPressure) air spray gun is a new type of large flow low pressure spray gun, the main characteristics of this spray gun are as follows. High paint rate, save paint, less pollution. The coating rate of HVLP spraying is 2~3 times that of ordinary air spraying. The paint spraying rate of ordinary air spray gun is 30%, and 0% of paint is wasted per liter due to flying paint.

7L of paint, while HVLP has a coating rate of 60%, less than 0 per liter. 4L waste, thus reducing the cost of paint, reduce pollution, improve the workplace environment, improve product quality. The fan surface is uniform, and it is very easy to obtain the effect close to the mirror when the surface construction of the high decorative requirements such as the senior car is constructed. Especially suitable for spraying metal flash paint, flash effect is obvious, uniform, good side view effect.

Compressed air pressure is low, generally measured at the nozzle pressure should not exceed 0. 07 mpa. Using rotary air cap, each gun can be configured with different air cap, nozzle, thimble, to adapt to the requirements of different occasions. Due to the high paint rate of HVLP system, the paint nozzle with smaller aperture is usually selected. HVLP spray gun can be used with a variety of air sources, can be a central multiple spray gun gas supply, or can be a single spray gun independent gas supply.

The delivery of paint to the spray gun may also vary, including siphon paint cups, gravity paint cups, pressure paint cans, chestnut and other general purpose feeding systems.
