In an interview with the Associated Press, Kuliba said that Ukraine hopes to hold a summit to end the conflict. "Every war will end with diplomacy, and actions taken on the battlefield and at the negotiating table lead to the end of every war."
However, Kuliba pointed out that Ukraine believes that Russia must face the war crimes court before directly talking with Russia.
