1. Basic treatment: First remove the ash, scum and other debris on the decoration surface with a knife. If there is oil on the surface, use a cleaning agent and water to clean it, and then use a brown brush to clean the surface dust after drying. After the surface is cleaned, adjust the SG821 putty to a suitable consistency with a diluent of water and vinyl acetate latex (mixing ratio of 10:1), and use it to fill the wall pockmarks, honeycombs, holes and imperfections. After the putty is dry, first use a knife to shovel the excess putty, and then smooth it with coarse sandpaper;

2. Construction of middle-layer coating: The coating should be fully stirred with a hand-held electric stirring gun before use. If the consistency is large, it can be appropriately diluted with water, but the amount of water added each time should be the same, and the thickness should not be different. Then pour the paint into the tray and apply the first coat with the paint roller. The roller should be brushed horizontally, and then rolled longitudinally to drive the paint away and apply it flat. The order of rolling is generally from top to bottom, from left to right, far first, then near, corners and corners first, small faces and then large faces. It is required to be uniform in thickness to prevent excessive flow of paint. If the roller can not be applied to the inner corners, it needs to be supplemented with a brush, and must not be missed. Always remove roller hair from walls. To avoid the overlapping of brush marks, the paint stained on other parts should be wiped off with clean water in time. After the first pass of the middle layer coating, it generally needs to be dried for more than 4H before the next polishing process can be carried out. Then, use fine sandpaper to sand, and the force should be light and even when sanding, and the coating should not be worn through, and the surface should be cleaned by grinding.

3. Surface coating spraying: Due to the difference in base material, tooth period, alkalinity and drying degree, test spraying should be carried out on the local wall in advance to determine the compatibility between the base and the coating, and at the same time determine the appropriate coating amount; Before using the latex paint, shake the container fully to make it fully mixed, then open the container and stir it with a wooden stick; when spraying, the nozzle of the water-based paint spray gun should always be kept perpendicular to the decorative surface (especially at the inner corner), The distance is about 0.3-0.5M (adjusted according to the size of the decoration surface), and the nozzle pressure is 0.2-0.3MM. The spray gun moves forward in a zigzag shape and crosses horizontally and vertically.
