Pneumatic spray gun protection
It is best to lubricate the spray gun after the completion of the work every day, and lubricate the parts with a light machine. Seals, springs, needle valves, and nozzles must periodically become more slippery due to normal wear and age. The replacement should be carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions. Because excessive oil will flow into the paint and oil channel, resulting in spraying shortcomings, so lubrication must be very careful, oil and paint mixed will reduce the spraying quality.
Do not soak the whole spray gun in the cleaning solution for a long time. This will harden the seal ring and destroy the lubrication effect.
For better repair results, use different airbrushes for different coatings and conditions. It is recommended that each person be equipped with 4 spray guns, 1 for primer and medium coating spraying, 1 for topcoat and varnish coating spraying, 1 for silver powder paint spraying, and 1 small repair spray gun for spot repair. If these airbrushes are kept in good cleaning and working order, the pot saves a lot of time when changing guns for mediation and cleaning.
