Paint leakage of thimble seal
reason:
1. Sealing ring of thimble worn
2. Ejector sealing ring gasket is not installed
3. The ejector pin sealing ring spring is damaged or not installed
4. The sealing nut of ejector pin is loose
5. The contact between the thimble and the seal ring is worn
6. The ejector pin is not matched with the spray gun
Countermeasures:
1. Replace the thimble seal ring
2. Add the thimble sealing ring gasket
3. Replace or install the ejector pin sealing ring spring
4. Tighten the ejector pin sealing nut
5. Replace nozzle package
6. Replace the nozzle package matched with the spray gun
