Low Flow Medium Pressure Spraying Equipment
The compressed air used for low flow medium pressure spraying (hereinafter referred to as LVMP) is ultra-low pressure (usually 0.2~0.7kg/cm 2) And a new type of coating equipment with large air volume. Its coating transfer efficiency is as high as 65%, and its high coating transfer efficiency is the result of the low atomization air pressure and the reduced spray amplitude forward rate. The shape of LVMP spray gun is basically similar to that of traditional air spray gun, but its nozzle and needle valve are less worn, and the design of its air cap is also different from that of traditional spray gun. The biggest advantage of LVMP spray gun is that its paint yield is much higher than that of traditional air spray gun.
It is especially suitable for fine spraying of single and small batches of workpieces with complex shapes and high surface requirements, as well as for occasions requiring no pollution to the environment. However, the gun can only spray paint with low viscosity (24 seconds), and the paint is also slow, and the production efficiency is not high.

These SK-300 spray guns are fantastic! Love the no oring design, less leakage and easy maintenance. The atomization is perfect for automotive painting. Highly recommend!
