How to debug the automatic spray gun

The automatic spray gun seems to be very complicated to the layman. In fact, those who have a deep understanding of it will know that the automatic spray gun is not difficult to operate at all, especially the manual liquid automatic spray gun, which is simple and convenient to operate.

First, put the paint supply device into the paint. The standard viscosity of the paint is generally 9-30 seconds but not limited. Then start the paint supply device and send the paint to the spray gun. Adjust to low pressure (1-3kgf) with an air pressure regulator, rotate the pump, and inhale the paint. Use the paint pressure regulating valve installed at the paint inlet and outlet of the pump to adjust the pump pressure to about 0.5-2kgf/cm3.

Then adjust the atomizing air pressure to 0kgf/cm3, do not spray air, pull the trigger, spray paint from the spray gun, if there is residual air in the paint hose, the paint will be intermittent when spraying, so keep spraying until until there is no air. The paint spraying volume adjusts the paint regulator behind the spray gun. Rotate left to increase the spray, and turn right to stop the spray. Tighten the paint regulator to the left at rest to prevent spraying or reduce paint delivery pressure. Adjust the atomizing air pressure to 2-4kgf/cm3, pull the trigger to atomize the paint, and use a suitable nozzle to adjust the atomizing air pressure.

When using a flat blowing nozzle, the atomizing air regulating valve on the upper part of the nozzle body is usually used in a left-handed, on-off state, and can be adjusted according to the shape of the spray pattern or the state of atomization. The adjustment of the spray width is carried out by the spray width adjustment valve on the left side of the spray gun. If it is rotated to the left, it will be larger, and if it is rotated to the right, it will be smaller.

When using a round blowing nozzle, it is not necessary to use the atomizing air adjustment valve on the spray gun, only the spray width adjustment valve on the left side of the spray gun is used, which is usually used in a fully open state by rotating it to the left, and it is adjusted according to the shape of the spray width or the state of atomization.
