How to clean and maintain the spray gun
After each spraying, the spray gun must be cleaned in time, especially the two-component coating. If not cleaned in time, the coating will solidify in the coating tank and the coating channel inside the spray gun, thus affecting the next spraying.
The manual cleaning and maintenance methods of the spray gun are as follows
(1) Pour the excess paint in the paint tank into the waste paint storage tank, pull the trigger, and spray the paint in the paint channel of the gun body
Waste paint is not allowed to be disposed of casually. Please consult relevant national policies and regulations for specific requirements.
(2) Pour the diluent for cleaning the spray gun into the paint tank, adjust all valves on the spray gun to the maximum, and pull the trigger to flush the paint channel.
(3) Use a wiping cloth to block the nozzle, pull the trigger, and use compressed air to reverse flush the spray gun. During this step, you should keep your body to one side to avoid injury caused by diluent splashing on your body.
(4) Clean the paint tank with the brush for washing the gun
(5) Repeat step (2) (3) (4) until the sprayed thinner does not contain any paint. Then clean the outside of the spray gun with a brush.
(6) Remove the air cap and clean the paint nozzle with a brush.
(7) Clean the air cap with a brush.
(8) Pour a small amount of cleaning diluent into the paint cup to avoid blocking the paint channel.
