High-pressure airless spraying equipment
High-pressure airless spraying is an advanced spraying method. Booster pump is used to increase the coating to high pressure (common pressure 120-390kg/cm 2), Spray the coating through a very fine orifice to form a fan-shaped fog. When spraying large plates, it can reach 600m 2/ h. It can also spray thicker coating, which is conducive to the improvement of surface quality because the coating is not mixed with air. And because of the lower spray rate and higher coating transfer efficiency and production efficiency, airless spraying is obviously superior to air spraying in these aspects.
The disadvantage of airless spraying is that its paint output is large and the paint mist is soft enough, so the coating thickness is not easy to control, and the fine spraying is not as meticulous as air spraying. Due to its high efficiency, it is more suitable for the mass production of large single paint workpiece. The spray gun has a rotary cleaning nozzle, which is suitable for the coating with coarse particles and convenient for operation.
