Function of each adjusting knob of the spray gun

The first knob is to adjust the atomization width, the second larger knob is to adjust the oil output, and then there is a knob at the end that is the same size as the first knob to adjust the air pressure.
All knobs are turned down by tightening clockwise, and turned up by loosening reversely.

Use method of spray gun:
Before preparation and use, connect the air inlet port of the spray gun body with the compressed air source (compressed air must be filtered by the oil-water separator before entering the spray gun), connect the air pipe, and adjust the pressure of 0.45-0.5Mpa.
2. Fill and mix the paint with the corresponding thinner (the directly purchased mixed paint does not need to be added with thinner), and adjust the viscosity to "17-24S" (the time when the cup has missed the paint). The paint with impurities needs to be filtered, and then the paint is introduced into the paint tank.
3. Fog amplitude adjustment Turn the fog amplitude adjusting screw clockwise until it is tightened to obtain the fog amplitude of circular section. If you turn it counterclockwise, you can obtain the fog amplitude of elliptical (fan-shaped) section width you require, and adjust the length according to actual needs.
4. Adjustment of spray gun spray volume Turn the adjustment screw of spray volume clockwise to reduce the opening stroke of the needle plug, and the paint output will decrease accordingly. Turn counterclockwise, and the spray volume will increase gradually.
5. Air volume adjustment Turn the air volume adjusting screw clockwise, and the air volume will gradually decrease. Turn counterclockwise, and the air volume will gradually increase.
6. Use When you use it, move the trigger slightly to open the air valve, but the needle plug is not open, and compressed air is sprayed from the air flow nozzle. At this time, dust on the coating surface can be blown away. Then continue to move the trigger back, and the spray nozzle will spray paint mist.
