Electrophoretic paint film

Electrophoretic paint film
Electrophoretic paint film has the advantages of full, uniform, flat, and smooth coating. The hardness, adhesion
Corrosion resistance, impact performance, and penetration performance are significantly superior to other coating processes.
Detailed features:
(1) The water soluble coating is adopted, and water is used as the dissolution medium, which saves a lot of organic solvents, greatly reduces the air pollution and environmental hazard, safety and health, and avoids the hidden danger of fire;
(2) High coating efficiency, low coating loss, and coating utilization rate of up to 90%~95%;
(3) The coating thickness is uniform, the adhesion is strong, and the coating quality is good. A uniform and smooth coating film can be obtained at various parts of the workpiece, such as the inner layer, depression, weld seam, etc., solving the coating problem of complex shaped workpieces using other coating methods;
(4) High production efficiency, construction can achieve automated continuous production, greatly improving labor efficiency;
(5) The equipment is complex, the investment cost is high, and the power consumption is high. The temperature required for drying and solidification is high, and the management of coatings and coatings is complex. The construction conditions are strict, and wastewater treatment is required;
(6) Only water-soluble coatings can be used, and the color cannot be changed during the coating process. The stability of the coatings is difficult to control after being stored for too long.
(7) Electrophoretic coating equipment is complex and highly technological, suitable for production with fixed colors
