Car spray gun caliber selection
To choose the caliber of the car spray gun, we need to know whether the primer or topcoat is sprayed.
Primer: The selected calibers are 1.3MM and 1.5MM (the selection principle is: the primer spraying amount is relatively large, so choose the larger caliber, and the flow rate will naturally be large).
Topcoat: fine atomization is required, and the selected caliber is smaller than that of the spray primer, for example: 0.8MM 1.0MM 1.2MM, etc.
However, according to the caliber of different car spray guns, keep the above principles in mind. If the spray gun of the same model is spraying sheet metal finish paint, choose a model with a smaller diameter, so that the spraying will be more delicate, and the small flow rate will also be reduced. The uniformity and film thickness of spraying can be well controlled.

These SK-300 spray guns are fantastic! Love the no oring design, less leakage and easy maintenance. The atomization is perfect for automotive painting. Highly recommend!
